The Festival will be on W. 36th Street between Falls Road and Chestnut Avenue. Booth placement will depend on vendor type and available space. All vendors will be notified of placement by August 31st.
The Hampdenfest Committee reserves the right to restrict and refuse an applicant’s participation if it exceeds the limitations of a category, space availability or for any other reason deemed. In such cases, the application fee will be refunded.
• No rain date. No refunds. This is a one day event.
• Set-up by 10:00 AM.
• Applications due by July 30th, register early to reserve your booth.
